These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Inspiring Pathways Booking, including therapist discovery, professional profiles, patient accounts, appointment requests, booking features, payments and related platform services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using inspiringpathwaysbooking.in, creating an account, submitting an appointment request or using any platform feature, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the website and its services.
2. Platform and Services
Inspiring Pathways Booking is an information, discovery, appointment and payment-support platform that helps patients connect with therapists, therapy centres, special educators and developmental-support professionals.
The platform may provide:
- Therapist and therapy-centre profiles
- Search and discovery of therapy-related services
- Online and offline appointment-request features
- Patient registration, login and account access
- Profile, availability and appointment-management features for professionals
- Consultation fee and service-category information
- Booking-status, payment-status and notification features
- Communication and support related to platform services
Platform role: Inspiring Pathways Booking facilitates discovery, appointment requests, booking administration and payment support. Professional therapy, clinical services, diagnosis, treatment and advice are provided by the selected therapist, professional or therapy centre.
3. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use booking-related features.
Parents, legal guardians or authorised caregivers may create and manage bookings on behalf of minors or dependants.
By using the platform on behalf of another person, child or dependant, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the necessary information and make booking-related decisions on their behalf.
4. Registration and Accounts
Patients and professionals who create accounts are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, current and complete information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- All activities carried out through their account
- Keeping account details updated
- Promptly notifying us of unauthorised use or suspected misuse
Account credentials must not be shared with unauthorised persons.
Important: Inspiring Pathways Booking may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where false information, misuse, fraud, security threats or violations of these Terms are identified.
5. Patient Appointment Booking
Appointment-booking features help patients request or schedule online or offline consultations with therapists, professionals or therapy centres where booking is available.
Patients must log in before accessing the secure booking form, selecting services, viewing available appointment options and submitting an appointment request.
- Appointment availability may vary by professional, therapy centre, location, service and consultation mode
- Submitting a booking request does not always guarantee appointment confirmation
- Professionals or centres may confirm, reschedule, decline or cancel appointments depending on availability and operational requirements
- Patients must provide accurate booking information
- Patients are responsible for reviewing the selected professional, service, consultation mode, date, time and charges before confirming a booking
- Patients are responsible for attending appointments on time
6. Pricing and Charges
Applicable online and offline consultation fees are displayed on the selected therapist or therapy-centre profile.
After login, the secure booking page may display additional therapy-category fees, consultation duration and the final total payable amount.
Before a patient confirms a booking or proceeds to payment, the booking summary displays the applicable:
- Consultation fee
- Selected therapy-category fee, where applicable
- Appointment duration
- Total payable amount
Fees may vary between therapists, centres, consultation modes, services and appointment durations.

7. Payments
Where online payment is available, patients may be required to complete payment through an authorised third-party payment gateway.
Payment will be treated as successfully completed only after valid confirmation is received from the payment gateway and recorded by the platform.
Payment status and booking status may be shown in the patient dashboard or communicated through email, phone, SMS or other supported communication channels.
If payment is pending, unsuccessful, reversed or not confirmed, the appointment may remain pending or may not be treated as a paid booking.
Payment security: Patients must not share passwords, OTPs, card PINs, payment credentials or other confidential banking information with any therapist, centre or unauthorised person.
8. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
Appointment cancellations, rescheduling requests and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy .
- A patient who cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time is eligible for a full refund
- A cancellation requested within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment is generally non-refundable
- Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually
- Patient no-shows are non-refundable
- If the therapist or therapy centre cancels and the patient does not accept a suitable rescheduled appointment, the patient is eligible for a full refund
- Verified duplicate payments or payments completed without a confirmed booking may be refunded after review
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days.
After initiation, the refund may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear in the patient’s original payment method, depending on the bank, payment gateway or payment provider.

9. Patient Responsibilities
Patients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration and booking information
- Reviewing professional profiles and consultation information
- Selecting the correct service, consultation mode, date and time
- Reviewing the final payable amount before payment
- Attending appointments on time
- Maintaining respectful communication with professionals and support staff
- Using the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not misusing payment, booking or communication features
10. Therapist and Centre Responsibilities
Therapists, professionals and therapy centres using the platform are responsible for:
- Providing accurate profile and qualification information
- Providing accurate consultation-fee and service information
- Maintaining correct availability and appointment details
- Complying with applicable professional, ethical and legal requirements
- Managing appointment communication and service delivery responsibly
- Maintaining confidentiality of patient information
- Updating profile, pricing, service and availability information when required
- Informing patients and the platform about appointment changes or cancellations
11. Professional Profiles and Platform Responsibility
Professional and therapy-centre profiles may contain information supplied directly by the relevant professional or organisation.
Therapists, professionals and centres remain responsible for the accuracy of their qualifications, service descriptions, pricing, availability and delivery of professional services.
Inspiring Pathways Booking is responsible for operating its website, platform features, booking records and payment-support functions in accordance with applicable law.
Inspiring Pathways Booking does not itself provide diagnosis, treatment, therapy, counselling or clinical advice through the platform.
Due diligence: Patients should review professional profiles, qualifications, services and other available information before choosing a therapist, professional or therapy centre.
12. Clinical and Service Outcomes
Inspiring Pathways Booking does not guarantee therapy outcomes, medical outcomes, diagnosis, treatment success, improvement, appointment availability or any specific result from professional services.
Clinical decisions, assessments, recommendations and treatment plans are the responsibility of the selected professional.
The platform is not intended for medical emergencies.
Emergency notice: In a medical or safety emergency, contact local emergency services or visit an appropriate medical facility immediately.
13. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information is collected, used, stored and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Patients, parents, guardians and caregivers must provide only information that is relevant and accurate for account, booking, communication, payment and service-support purposes.
Where information relating to a child, dependant or another person is provided, the user confirms that they are authorised to provide that information.
14. Communications and Notifications
By creating an account, submitting a booking or contacting the platform, users agree to receive service-related communications, including:
- Account and registration messages
- Booking confirmations and updates
- Appointment reminders
- Payment-status notifications
- Cancellation or rescheduling information
- Support and security communications

Website content, branding, logos, written materials, graphics, layouts, software, design elements and platform content are owned by Inspiring Pathways Booking, its operator or authorised licensors, unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, licence or commercially use such content without prior written permission.
Content submitted by professionals remains their responsibility. By publishing profile information on the platform, professionals permit the platform to display and use that content for profile, discovery, booking, communication and promotional purposes connected with the platform.
18. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Provide false, misleading or incomplete information
- Impersonate a patient, therapist, centre or another person
- Misuse appointment, account, payment or communication features
- Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, dashboards or systems
- Upload harmful, unlawful, abusive or misleading content
- Use the platform for fraud, spam, harassment or illegal activity
- Interfere with website security or platform operation
- Attempt to manipulate prices, payments, bookings or availability
- Copy, scrape or extract platform data without permission
- Violate applicable law, professional standards or third-party rights
Violation warning: Violations may result in account restriction, suspension, termination, cancellation of platform access or legal action where appropriate.
19. Account Suspension and Termination
Inspiring Pathways Booking may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Payment abuse or repeated charge disputes
- False professional or patient information
- Harassment or abusive behaviour
- Repeated misuse of booking features
- Security threats or unauthorised access attempts
- Violation of these Terms
- Legal, regulatory or law-enforcement requirements
Users may request account closure by contacting support. Certain booking, payment, legal or security records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inspiring Pathways Booking will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from professional services, treatment outcomes, third-party conduct, external services or events outside the platform’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, statutory right or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the relevant transaction or service.
21. Indemnity

This section does not remove any refund right available under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Continued use of the platform after an update means that the user accepts the revised Terms.
24. Severability

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
