- The required appointment duration
- Any additional service selected during booking

2. Consultation Fees on Therapist Profiles
Patients can browse the therapist directory and open a therapist or therapy centre profile to view the applicable consultation fees.
Online Consultation
The applicable online consultation fee is displayed on the selected professional’s public profile where online appointments are available.
Offline Consultation
The applicable offline consultation fee is displayed on the selected professional’s public profile where in-person appointments are available.
3. Additional Therapy Service Fees
Some therapists or therapy centres may offer additional therapy categories or services for an additional charge.
After the patient logs in and opens the secure booking page, the available therapy categories and their applicable additional fees are displayed before the booking request is submitted.
Transparent pricing: Additional category fees are shown during service selection and are included in the total payable amount before payment.
4. Secure Booking and Login Requirement
Patients are required to log in before accessing the appointment booking form.
This protects patient information and allows the platform to securely display account details, appointment options, selected services, booking status and payment information.

Before a patient submits a booking or proceeds to payment, the secure booking page displays a complete price summary.

Patients are shown the applicable consultation fee, additional category fee and final total payable amount before payment confirmation.
No payment is collected without displaying the applicable total payable amount to the patient.
